Refund and Returns Policy

At Breglasni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a straightforward process for returning items and obtaining a refund.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
- Final Sale items, including clearance and custom products, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Team: Reach out to us at info@breglasni.com or call us at (615) 667-1544 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Prepare the Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation, and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., damaged, used, or outside the return window), we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@breglasni.com or call (615) 667-1544. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back, and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (items marked as non-returnable or discounted to clear)
- Custom products (personalized or made-to-order items)
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., socks, mouth guards)
7. Shipping Charges
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake by Breglasni (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
